No income but want a divorce
I have recently lost my job and have no income but I really need to file for divorce I also have a child with him that he won't care for. We don't have a lot of joint items just a car that he can have and we agree upon custody of our child, joint. Is there a way tp file for a divorce under these conditions? and what are your thoughts on the on line do it your self divorces?

Online "do it yourself" is a fancy way of saying "nobody will help you." Uncontested divorces can be done very inexpensively, but you should still have an attorney review the agreement to make sure you have not left anything out that will cause arguments later on.
