inheritence

is my daughter in law entitled to inheritence that my son gets from his parents after we are deceased. she seems to think so, this is a bitter divorce. i cant imagine her getting a penny of our money, and what can we do to prevent. we dont plan on dying for at least 20-25 yrs, thanks

Were you to die, your estate would pass to your children. If they are married and subsequently die, their estate (including the inheritance) would then go to their spouse. A trust for the sole benefit of your son , would avoid this.
