I did not know about my kids inherritance which happened several years ago, do I have a case, 1 happend in texas and 2 in virginia. I live in illinois and his family is in virginia and texas

I am not really sure what kind of case you are asking that you have, but chances are you need to consult with attorneys located in the state or states that the estate would've been in.
