Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Insurance???

Me and my ex have been divorced for almost 3 years. It states in the papers that he MUST have our son on his insurance. He has yet to do that. What can I do? I cant pay for his medication alone. I cannot afford an attorney.Please, any advice helpful.

Petition the court to have the Ex held in contempt for failure to abide by the court's order. If the violation was wilfull, he will most likely be found to be in contewmpt. In that circumstance you should get your attorney's fees.
