Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

International Travel:

My wife and I will be divorcing in the

new year, nothing has been filed yet.

My daughter and I are dual nationals

of Great Britain and the USA, we

have a trip planned in December

2008 to the UK. Can my wife stop

my daughter from traveling with me,

she is 13 years of age.
