Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
I was so intoxicated at the Justice of the Peace, I had to be told 3 times to say, "I do" to which I responded, "absolutely," instead. The problem is that was 10 years ago. In addition, 2 years ago, I found out that she was marrying foreigners for pay to help them become citizens; and I question whether or not she was legally divorced from any of those unions.
The question is: do I have any chance of an annulment after so long of a time.

If she is a bigamist, you can get an annulment. If she is legally divorced, the time to obtain an annulment has passed many moons ago.
