Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

If you are involved in post decree litigation with your ex spouse and you want to ask for interrogatories and notice to produce, do those documents have to be filed with the clerks office or do you send them directly to the parties?

Check your local rules, it will vary from circuit to circuit. Usually just a certificate of mailing is all you need, but triple check.
