Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have have joint custody of my kids. If me the mom and the 2 kids move to florida and if me and the mom end up breaking up, can she take the kids to a different state. We are unmarried. Our current aggrement says that she cannot remove the kid from IL with out my consent. Will that hold up if we all move to FL?

If you move to florida, florida law would apply after 6 months of residence. Ask a Florida lawyer
