Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

have joint custoly of 2 kids that live with the ex new wife did school papers omitted my name signed off as parent and or mother want to know what the punishment for them will be if i can get a contempt of court charge or is that enuff to get one against them? and can it be used to get custody of my kids

no judge is going to change possession just because of one instance such as this. Simply give the school a copy of the judgment and your name and address. Who is the other you refer to? The school did not violate a court order and this is not in contempt.
