Joint Simplified Divorce

How is the 6 month waiting period verified by the court? Is a signature obtained by fax valid?

Hello. Usually a signed agreement

by the parties acknowledging that they

are waiving the two year requirement and that they have been separated for

6 months is enough. However, I do not think I would use a fax in court as proof that the other party signed.
