judge change

my son is going thru a divorce that he filed last year....can he ask for a differant judge. this judge clearly is for the woman and is ignoring the facts brought before him. he filed for divorce because of her alcholol problem and refused to get help

Hello. If the judge has ruled on significant issues in your son's case, then it will be difficult to substitute judges. On the other hand, if your son has gone to court and the judge has not really made any rulings on his case directly, I would file a motion for substitution of judges. Will be happy to discuss
