Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

the judge in my divorce gave me a percentage of his 401 (k). My ex-husband's lawyer a QDRO and is entering it on October 31. The QDRO doesn't make any sense to me and also, it contains my social security number and I don't want this to be public record, searcheable by anyone. Also, it contains wrong information. What will happen if I don't show up to the hearing?

You have to be at the hearing to voice your objections. If you are not the QDRO will be entered as your ex-husband's lawyer wrote it. Your SS# will be redacted from the document that is filed with the court but it must be given to your ex-husband's employer for the QDRO to be valid. You don't way what information is wrong or how you came to that conclusion but you will have to tell the judge.
