judges decision

Once the judge hears the property settlement case is there a time limit for him to get his decision back to you? My case was heard in August and the judge still has not come back with a final decision. Thank you

There are no set dates but judges decisions should be brought within a "reasonable" period of time. I would suggest noticing up a motion requesting a ruling.
