Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have a judge's order for child support to be withheld from my ex's paycheck. The business has all of a sudden stopped processing child support after several months of untimely, yet accurate compliance. I do not have an atty any longer, I understand they can be fined $100 a day for every day late. What do I need to do?
