Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

On June 4th, my son's father and I went to court for child support and he was ordered to pay $115/weekly. Two weeks after, our son went to stay with him for the summer. He asked me if I would have the child support suspended. If I didn't suspend the child support and kept the money, could he take me to court and actually win the amount of the child support I kept?

No. If he wanted he support suspended during the time your son is with him he should have raised it on June 4.
