i recieve child support by money order from my ex-partner with no court order. he has another child who is 14 yrs of age. her grandma is trying to take him to court for support. the mother of that child is alive and lives with the child and grandma. will the courts give her 20% of his earnings even if he is paying support to me with no court order?
