Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Is there anyone in Kentucky who can help my daughter who cannot afford an attorney now, who needs to address custody issues about her ex-husband not allowing her children to go over to her apartment and telling her at times that she cannot come over and see her children. Is there a service that would help her at all. She is low income and cannot afford a attorney.

You might want to repost with a more specific location. If you check the state bar association, they should be able to provide you with a referral to the ageny(ies) in Kentucky who offer such services.
