I was wondering if my stpfather, never adopted me, can kick me out of my mothers home with out her consent...

Hello. My answer to your
question is "no", assuming
the home was your mother's
before she married your step-
father, and/or assuming they
purchased or leased the home
together. Generally, if
your stepfather tried to put
you out and the police were
called, the police would not
make you leave, under these
circumstances.
