Can he take the kids?

My active duty military husband with whom I've been separated from now wants to take the kids from me in Illinois to S. Carolina. Can he do this? We do not have a legal separation or divorce yet. Please help!

No. There are certain measures you may take with the court in order to avoid such occurence to take place.
