Can he take my kids?

I am currently going through court in southern Il. which is 20 years behing the times. My Ex husband is trying to get custody of my children because I refused him visitaion. the reason being that he went into a fashion bug clothing store in harrisburg Il. wearing a womens black see through thong and black see through kind of robe, he received a slap on the wrist for it. Next he had a meth lab in his home along with finished product,126 cannabis sativa plants and a finished product of that. He plaeded guilty to the bag of meth and they dismissed the rest and because i did not have the money to fight this at the time i am having to go to court on this the only other thing he has on me is that i moved from colorado to california without the courts approval or his written permissoion but he did give me verbal and a year later he is trying to get me on that because I kept the kids from him because he is a freak and mentally unbalanced. can you help me in any way?

You case is to complex and important to get a response on the internet. The issues in your case involving determination of home state for the children and which state should exercise jurisdiction over the custody of your children.
