Can land of lincoln legal assistance still represent a client in other than child support if the client has moved out of state?

The Land of Linclon Legal Assistance Foundation is a private no-for-profit organization and can make its own rules concerning cases to accept within the parameters that itsfunding organizations allow.

That is not a legal question. It is a question of their guidelines. If the case is still pending in IL providers such as LLAF represent out of state people all the time.
