Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

is there a law stating that the father of an unborn child has a right to see the mother as he pleases? He is 16, she is 14, her parents don't want to allow them to see each other.

No there is no such law. On the other hand, if you don't want to entirely allienate your daughter, you will allow them to see each other. After all they are going to be parents together and they need to work that out. They are in love or at least think that they are and right now they view themselves as a family unit. Interfering with that bond can do permanent harm to your relationship with your daughter. Good Luck.
