law suit from ex wife

can ex wife tap into joint accounts and take current wife's assets? She is suing for educational and medical payments that were to be paid to daughter who is of age and been married twice.

Ex wife has no legal authority to invade your joint account with your current wife. She could only do it by court order. If that is how she did it, how did you ignore the court date?

If a person is not a signatory to the account, they cannot access funds without permission. That is theft.
