Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Can my lawyer appear and approve an "Agreed Order" given at an emergency hearing held the same day the opposing attorney entered the notice of motion without notifying me of the hearing?

You have an attorney. If you are not happy with the attorney you can consider switching attorneys. But depending on the kind of motion, yes that's what attorneys often have to do, and as long as your attorney protected your rights and then notifying you of what happened if notifying you ahead of time was practicable, that may be all that was required or appropriate.
