Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I just learned that the judge for my divorce case has been transferred to another court division. What is another court division? Is this bad for my case?

Judge Kennedy was reassigned to Chancery. judges get reassigned on a somewhat regular basis, as other judges retire, die or get reassigned. It may mean a delay in your case, but it is not bad per se.
