Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

What is the legal age for someone to babysit? Also, if a child is 14-15 years old and babysitting, is tehre a number ratio per babysitter to child?

There is no "legal" age. There is no "legal" ratio. Courts will look to the maturity of the child. Some 15yr olds shouldn't be left with kids. Some 12 year olds can handle everything.
