Legal Age

If one parent has sole custody of a child and said child wants to live with the other parent,what is the legal age the child has to be in order to do so without having to go to court?

I recommend taking the

matter to court for the

protection of all parties.

The court will consider the

age of the child, however

the best interest of the

child is what the court

focuses on.
