Are there legal forms to file a response when served with a summons for the diss

my ex and I have been separated for 14 years I was served with a summons for the dissolution of marriage where she is requesting support. I cannot afford legal fees at this time, how shall I proceed.

Go to court on the day stated in your summons because if you fail to appear then a default judgment will be entered against you and that will just cause you more problems.
