Can the legal guardian be present in a courtroom after whiteness testomy has concluded for closing arguments and judges ruling?

I presume you mean the Guardian Ad Litem. If you mean the Guardian, the Guardian, the Guardian should be able to be present throughout the case. The GAL, as a witness, may be barred from the testimonial portion, until they testify, but after that there should be no bar. Whether that time is compensable is a different matter,.
