legal rights regarding 14 yr. old son

my ex wife & her live in boy friend want to take my 14 yr. old son to cancun for a week over xmas along with his 2 sons .i was never cunsulted or told about it by her, my son does not want to go.

Hello. I suggests you get into court on an

emergency motion and ask the judge to bar mom

from taking your son to cancun for two reasons;

(1) you have not been consulted and you do not approve and

(2) your son does not want to go on the trip

and can stay with you instead.
