Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My Legal Seperation was Granted into the Courts in July of this year.

What happens now,,, will a Divorce be implimented, or advised by the Court in the near future? If so,, how long until they see that there is NO chance of reconciling and grant the Divorce?

If you sought a Legal Separation and it was granted your case is done. Nothing else will happen. If you want a divorce you have to file a new case, You need to be proactive if you want relief from a court. Your spouse will be entitled to a divorce that you can not contest when you have lived separate and apart for two years, and that does not require that you have lived in separate residences.
