Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Is it legally acceptable for children to sleep on a mattress on the floor, provided their sheets are clean and their blankets sufficient for the weather? I recognize this situation is not optimal, but is it legal?

It is isn't illegal. May be not optimum.but certainly not illegal.
