Legaly Separated & pregant
I am legaly separat. and now I'm pregant.My X-husban says its not his so its not his responality.What last name will the baby get? What info. goes where it says FATHER on the birth cert.? What can I do? What will be done in this matter? Plese Help ME!

If he is the father, he is responsible and don't let him tell you otherwise. You need to put the name of the person who is the father on the birth cert. You can give your child your own last name. Most importantly, don't panic. Take it one day at a time and it will work out. What I do suggest is that you ensure you go to court as soon as the baby is born to get child support. This is important so that your child support begins immediately. The court will usually take the support directly out of the father's paycheck. Take care of yourself first.
