can a son be legitimated by a testament or will disposition

Not sure what you mean by "legitimated"...that doesn't have any legal meaning. Tell me what you're trying to accomplish? Is the issue that a person doesn't know who his/her father is and someone wants to make that information known? This information could be listed in a will. One question would be what is the age of the son? If the son's still a minor this information could have practical monetary consequences. Tell me more if you'd like...probably not a difficult question if I knew what you were asking.
