Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My name is Lisa Cole and I am a 17 year old mother in the state of Illinois and will be 18 07-23-2010. I need to know how to get emancipated a.s.a.p. or how to marry my fiance without parent permission so that I can be emancipated that way. My mother is clinically insane, refusing to seek treatment, and is providing a dangerous environment for me and my son. She physically and mentally abused me until I was 16 and my father refuses aide the situation in anyway even going as far as to antagonize. They will not allow me to move out of this household or allow me any contact with anyone, especially those who could help.

you can go to your local courthouse and seek to file papers to be declared emancipated
