Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I live with my aunt and uncle because my mother is an alcoholic and my dad recently passed away, I want to move back and live with her again, Im 15, is there anything I can do?

Your mother obviously has some issues which she needs to resolve due to your father's death and her alcoholism. You are not responsible for taking care of her and she apparently can't take care of you. You are probably better off with your aunt and uncle.
