I am a homeowner I am the only name on the mtg there are no papers signed anywhere with his name on anything I am wanting to get him out

You may get him out of the house. You have two options:

1. If there is violence or threats you can get an order of protection;

2. Otherwise, serve him with a ten day notice and file a forcible entry case.
