Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

i live in chg. the judge i have has clearly STATED and shown favoritism to my ex-husband for anything he request. She has a reputation for being one sided and unprofessional. She has made several rulings on the case. She has even ruled contrary to the law at times. i would like to move the jurisdiction to the state my ex husband lives in in order to get a new judge to look at the case. My ex husband has custody of my 13 yr old son. they reside in decatur Alabama. How do i change the venue from Illinois to Alabama?

The only way you can do that is to dismiss all of the pleadings that you have filed here and go down to Decatur, Alabama or hire a lawyer from there to represent you and start all over. If you couldn't win up here your chances of winning down there are even less.
