Can We live together?

My Fiance and I recently bought a house. She has been divorced now for 1 1/2 yrs, and her 3 girls live w/ us. Her ex says that he will try to take this to court so that I can not live w/ them since we are not married? Are we able to legally live together until we are married?

The first place you should look is your wife's divorce judgment...sometimes issues such as this are directly set out. If it's not allowed in the judgment then it's not allowed. If it's not specifically addressed in the judgment, I'd bet you're okay but these situations can get dicey.
