Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I live in Illinois I divorced my wife six years ago. We recently bought a house together. Do I still have to pay child support for my 12yr old son now that we are all living together?

Yes, until you file a motion to terminate child support. The good news is that the termination will be from the date you file the motion, not the date you finally get in front of the judge. But the sooner you file, the better for you. Let me know if you have any other questions.
