Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I live in Illinois, I have been divorced for a year. When I got divorced my exwife was working and I had no problem paying 1/2 of daycare. She just recently lost her job and it going back to school and still expects me to pay for half of daycare. My question is, since it is in the divorce decree do I still need to pay?

If it is in the judgment you have to pay it until the judgment is modified. If she is paying for 1/2 of the day care, are you complaining that it is going up? If it is the same amount, what is your complaint?
