Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I live in Illinois. I am married. My husband has committed adultery, the other woman is pregnant. There is information to make me feel this is not my husband's child. Since I am the wife, can I ask for a court ordered DNA test? I don't want him signing the birth certificate if its not his. She is not( so far) asking for child support. Thank you for your help.

You are not a party to that case (if one exists) You have no standing to ask the court for a DNA test. Your husband can readily ask for the test.
