Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I live in Illinois and my wife has custody of my daughter while I have the standard every other weekend, every other holiday and 2 weeks in the summer visitations. I'm ordered to have medical coverage for my daughter under my work insurance. I've asked my wife, who tends to be scatter-brained and unorganized, for my daughter's medical records and she has never gotten them to me. My daughter has gone to many drs over her short lifetime and I was wondering if there was a way for me to get ahold of her updated medical history without tracking down every dr individually and if I have rights to this information if she decides to fight?
