Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I live in Illinois. My soon to be ex wife is in our house with the three kids but I want to take them to stay with me at my brother's house because I feel it is a much more stable environment. Knowing she will protest and not agree to let them go with me, what are my legal rights if I remove them without her permission?

Who has custody. If you do not have custody, you can not do anything without a court order.
