Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

i live in illinois me and my wife are in the middle of a devorce, we can agree on most of our separation my question is if me and her can agree and i go through her lawyer and we have a uncontested devorce and i sign the agreement can my wife go back later and say no i change my mindi dont agree to these terms any more? after ive signed and befor we go to court

Yes. Until the judge signs the judgment, it is not binding, unless you want to argue contract law. But that is a very difficult and expensive road to go down.
