Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I live in Illionis and my daughters father moved about a hour and a half away about 8 months ago. My daughter was born and goes to school where we live. He tells me that I will now have to drive half way to drop her off and to pick her up. we are just now going to court for child support, and his lawyer said he is going to write up a visitation order for me to sign but I dont feel I should have to provide transportation, because I am not the one who moved, and it is for his Visitation time. Is this true?

Yes and no. IT is to a certain extent a judge driven decision. You are right that you should not have to drive 4 hours, but it is totally discretionary with the court.
