Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I live in a no-fault state..my husband is trying to collect proof that I have made phone calls and emails to a certain man. Can this be used against me in any way should we get a divorce?

Yes and no. It makes you look poorly, but legally it makes no difference in the division of property.
