Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have not lived in my house for 3 years. my name is still on the house because my ex husband can not refinance. He has not paid the last 2 months of mortgage payments. He is now planning on letting the house go into foreclosure, but that is not fair to me. I am planning on buying my own house. Am I allowed to put the house up for sale by myself so there is a chance it could be bought and my credit will be saved?

No yo0u can not put it up for sale by yourself. You need a court order allowing you to sell it. Your credit may already be ruined so you can not buy a house.
