wife asked me to leave I been away for 1

month. I wish to return home. can she file

a restrant to keep me out? no violance or

any other issues. If she files for divorce do

I have to agree? I don't want a divorce or

live else ware. what are my rights?

Hello. Moving out does change the situation. You are now more in jeopardy should your wife file for an order of protection. If you enter and she calls the police, there is a good chance

that local law enforcement officers will follow

the "off the books law" and arrest you. I am

sad to say that this is the usual procedure when

it comes to males and domestic relations disputes. I suggests staying away, but attempt to reach a compromise with your wife. If she files for divorce, there is nothing you can legally do to stop her. If that happens, hire an attorney and protect your rights and your parenting rights, if you have children. Will be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.
