Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Living in Illinois and my ex was given supervised visits and I have sole custody. Ex hasn't attempted to call or see r girls for over 3 years. meditation didn't work. Can infight to terminal ate his rights?

You can but you are unlikely to succeed and you might insure that he comes back into their lives. Courts generally will not terminate rights unless there is a new husband or other individual seeking to adopt.
